Simpson 160LPM Digital Air Compressor

The OZtrail Simpson 160LPM Digital Air Compressor is a heavy-duty 12V air compressor built to make tyre inflation faster, easier and more controlled on serious 4WD adventures. Use it as a portable compressor from the supplied carry bag, or incorporate it into a permanent vehicle-mounted setup for convenient access whenever you need to air back up.

At the centre of the system is easy-to-use digital pressure control. Set your target pressure on the display, start the compressor and it automatically inflates to the selected pressure before shutting off. This makes it easy to achieve consistent tyre pressures without continually checking a separate gauge or manually stopping the compressor. If a small pressure adjustment is needed, the system can also reduce pressure back towards your selected target.

A major advantage is the multi-tyre inflation system included straight out of the box. The supplied 2-way hose system lets you inflate two tyres simultaneously, helping reduce the time spent moving from tyre to tyre and removing the need to purchase a separate multi-tyre hose kit.

With 160LPM airflow, 7 metres of hose reach and a 5–150 PSI pressure range, the Simpson 160 has the performance and flexibility needed for 4WD, touring and larger tyre applications. Whether returning from the beach, trail or campsite, the system is designed to make airing back up simpler. It also supports PSI, kPa, BAR and kg/cm² for convenient pressure monitoring.

Thermal overload protection and replaceable air filters help maintain reliable performance in demanding and dusty conditions. Once the job is done, the heavy-duty 1680D carry bag keeps the complete system protected, organised and ready to go. Dedicated internal storage securely houses the compressor, while a separate front pocket keeps the hose system neatly contained and easy to access. A handy shoulder strap makes carrying the complete setup to and from the vehicle more comfortable, whether at the campsite, beach or track.
