This is good 22 LR ammo for fun at the range. SK didn’t spend some inordinate amount of time perfecting this round’s 40 grain LRN bullet’s accuracy on a molecular level. It’s simply a uniformly dense, symmetrically cast bolt of lead, with a convex nose profile that effectively parts whatever air it comes into contact with. Because it is loaded to a subsonic muzzle velocity this bullet won’t issue an irritating crack when it exits a rifle’s barrel, yet it still keeps enough energy downrange to kill most smaller varmints dead on the spot.

SK is a Scandinavian brand, so Australians pretty much have to try it out at least once. The old company makes some pretty high-end 22 LR ammo as well, so it only follows that they’ll use the same straight-walled and uniformly drawn brass cases for their casual range loads. This ammo is non-corrosive – no one likes rust.
